Baypointe Hospital & Medical Center was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 20, 2006 with an authorized stock of Php 40 Million. To date , it has Php 10 Million worth of shares subscribed and a paid up capital of Php 10 Million.

1. Free board and lodging up to suite room accommodation

2. Fifty percent (50%) discount of the following :

a. Professional fees on house case rates and OPD Consultation
